Planning to do an event on 3/26 at Noreetuh, starting at around 6 pm to kick off the Paulee festivities.
I was thinking this as usual would be a burgundy focused event and I thought doing a vintage exploration, perhaps of 2017 would be fun. Obviously champagne and Sauternes would be great as well.
I’m bringing 2017 Rousseau Cazetiers, Charmes, and Clos de la Roche as well as a blind.
I’m expecting about 20 people meaning the cost for food would be about $125/pp++ and the menu would be similar to previous events, likely with duck and baby back ribs etc. As usual the staff should be able to accommodate any dietary restrictions or requests.
I’ll start the signups here and form a waitlist once the slots are filled. There will likely be room for an after party for about 5-6 more people not attending the dinner starting at about 9 pm. Hope to see you all there!
