Whatever you want, with the understanding that the ABV’s on the bottles, especially those from Europe, are as phony as e#(g!%(xw. One well-known Italian winemaker who shall remain nameless once said to me in response to my comment that it was not worth it to lie about ABV just to keep the tax at the lower rate because the savings was minimal, “My ancestors would be ashamed of me if I did not cheat the tax collector.”

I like this idea a lot. Helps to eliminate the “samie-ness” problem that we hit about 2/3 through. Having a schedule would help a lot with food too, of course.
