You’re going to drop over but I enjoyed a 2010 Carlisle Zinfandel the other night with my Asian-spiced Baby Back ribs for the 4th. Not so much a 2000 Pride Cab (bleh).

Carlisle Zins with grilled meat, especially spiced grilled pork, are a perfect pairing. I am not at all surprised that you recognize the geratness of that combination.

We don’t really have any optimal dates.
We’ll just have to play it by ear. Whatever is planned for Sunday will probably be doable.

Being I haven’t made a WB event yet…this might be the right time and place. I can probably bring up 5-6 guys from the Maryland/DC area that are also members of this board (though they’re lurkers) and can also likely convince another 5-10 guys from the board to travel a bit. Let’s make this happen.
