No Capsule Wine (2002 Rougeard Le Bourg)

Hi all, just received 2 bottles of 2002 Clos Rougeard Le Bourg. But i find it strange since they have no capsule?! Any of you have similar bottles?
Big Question if this is a legit bottle? Since this is my first encounter wines without any capsule or wax seal.

Looks like it came off. I have never seen a bottle of Rougeard without a capsule.

If the cork has the Rougeard branding and doesn’t show any signs of tampering you’re probably fine, but I hope the condition was noted and price discounted accordingly.
