I organize monthly wine-themed dinners across manhattan (“Thirsty Third Thursdays”), and we’ve had a few day-of cancellations for tonight’s event (“summer sippers”).
It promises to be an excellent evening, featuring 24 wines great for summer consumption, including:
Leroy (bourgogne), conn valley, JJ Prum, Muller Catoir, Comte Armand (bourgogne condemaine), Guigal (crozes), etc.
The menu features: Deep Fried Pickles, Smokin Hot Wings, Memphis spareribs, baby back ribs, buttermilk fried chicken, Mac & Cheese, BBQ beans, coleslaw, cornbread, cheesegrits, sweet potato fries, Pulled Pork Sliders and dessert
It is $120 all in, and there are about 3 spaces available at the moment.
