New Wine Storage Facility In Washington DC

Apologies if this is the wrong forum to post this so admins…please feel free to relocate to the proper forum if so.

Fellow WB member Kevin Shin and I have officially opened our DC storage facility located just a few blocks from the White House. At nearly 10,000 sqft, the facility offers both single 28cs lockers up to large walk in bulk cages. While we’re currently accepting client direct deliveries and offering free local transfers for new members, we’ll start accepting commercial deliveries (FedEx, UPS, etc) starting July 1st. If you’re looking for storage in the heart of DC, please hit me up at justin@districtwineco.com. Thanks all for the support and patience.

Good luck to the 2 of you!

Good luck

Good luck! Based on my experience with a few storage facilities, they are constantly at 95-100% capacity.

Good luck!

Much needed! Cheers!

Sorry, what does this mean? That most of them are completely full and won’t accept more?

I think it is a general comment, not related to Justin’s specific endeavor, so not sure its entirely relevant.

Thanks so much all. It does seem most storage facilities (at least the ones I know of) are at full capacity. It’s more the case in metropolitan areas where residential real estate is at a premium so building a home cellar can be difficult. I’m mostly looking forward to the community aspect of the business as, while I’ve been a collector for many years, it creates new and numerous opportunities to create new personal relationships with fellow winos.
