I was impressed by the recently opened TAP Global Beer Collection, a new craft beer bar in Delray Beach, Fl, where the craft beer scene is blossoming. TAP has 72 taps, including a dozen with local brews from such breweries as Funky Buddha, Due South, Miami Brewing, Wynwood Brewing, Saltwater Brewery, Florida Beer Co., Cigar City Brewing.
