Fun wine with bright acid, great up front fruit and nice lush tannin. This wine also enjoys long walks in the beach and to just hang out and chat.
One bottle of our one time, ultra limited collaboration 2013 Syrah from Walla Walla, Washington. The fruit here coming from the beautiful Les Collines Vineyard.
Loaded with structure without compromising texture. Nice notes of pepper and dark fruit. Will lay down for long time but is totally approachable now. This wine is a total foodie and would pair beautifully with an empty glass.
