Need help on vintage blend - Vega Sicilia Unico Reserva Especial

Picked up a three pack of Vega Sicilia Unico Reserva Especial. I have been trying to find info about the vintage blend in these bottles.

The number on the bottom right is ‘2342’

Anyone have experience in decoding these?

Really appreciate your time …thanks champagne.gif

I don’t have a bottle at home right now, but look at the year of release. I’m forgetting exactly where on the bottle it is. Then go on to CellarTracker, enter Vega Unico in the search box, and un-check the “only show mine” box. The list that will come up is the various vintages, then the Reserva’s. CT has noted the vintage blends for each of the release years of the Reserva. Let me know if you have questions.

The only ones I’ve had showed the vintages on the bottom label, in those instances, there were 3 vintages which I believe is the norm with one release being an exception of having only 2 vintages; as you probably know, the vintages are not always consecutive.

I`d send the code to the winery and get their feedback.

Here’s one which shows 85, 90 and 91`.

Thanks,

It seems a couple vintages in the 80s and 90s didn’t have vintage info, but I cant find matching labels.

1981, 1990, 1994.

Thanks,

What year was it released?

Found a pic of the 2000 label. It matches up.

Again thanks for the help in identfying the bottles.
