Happy to delete if this self-promotion isn’t kosher… but my newly launched Fontaine Red Wine / Burgundy stems might well fit the bill for you. I - and all of the wineries I consulted with - also agree that most of the Pinot stems are comically large to the detriment of both performance and aesthetics.
