I’ve seen ads and articles about this place for years and I got to thinking about those of you looking for that Maille Dijon that’s so hard to find.
So I hit their site:

Good stuff, especially since Wegmans selection of mustards is really dismal. I haven’t seen Pommery Green Peppercorn mustard in many years. I wonder if they could source the Maille that those of you like Senor Fleming have not been able to get stateside.

Anybody have any interaction with this place?

Todd, did you spend much time here as a kid?

The museum has moved to Middleton, WI - a western suburb of Madison. Easier to get to, but too bad to see it leave the quaint small town of Mt. Horeb. One of these days I’ll make it down there.
