Most “Apple-y” Calvados

I like Calvados quite a bit but I’ve noticed a significant difference between bottlings. Some time back I had one that I loved as it had an intense apple-y aroma and gave the sense of having Apple skins in your mouth. Unfortunately I don’t remember what it was. Recently the bottlings I’ve tried (particularly Lemorton) have been less fruit forward and more buttery, which is fine but not my top preference. Does anyone have recommendations for more fruit forward Calva? It’s a bonus if available at K&L as I can buy without shipping.

Thanks. I was just looking at the 12y and wondering about it.

Definitely good as is the 5 year old if you want to start at a lower price.
