Berserkers are special….in more than one way! Because of your excitement, honest feed-back and loyalty we like to give you guys access to things that we don’t normally offer. This year we are bringing you Monster Ribs, Brisket, Wagyu Bacon, Flank Steaks and Full Tri-tips. And, we’ll be sprinkling in some fan favorites like Filet Mignon, Bone-in Ribeye and Strip and our Tri-tip Steaks.
If you’ve never heard of us, let me welcome you to Morgan Ranch. We are multi-generational ranchers in the Sandhills of Nebraska; prime cattle country. We added Wagyu cattle to our herd back in 1992, before most of the US knew what Wagyu Beef was all about! Today we have one of the largest purebred Wagyu herds in the United States. Our beef is served in over 100 Micheline-starred restaurants, seven countries and available at home to customers in the US.
Rather than just pasture to plate, we take it all the way from conception to consumption. We follow specific breeding plans, calving (yes, our cows have birth plans!), medical care and proper nutrition throughout the life cycle. We never treat our animals with hormones or sub-therapeutic antibiotics. We even hand select the prime time to harvest. Not only does each carcass get the once over by the USDA inspector, but also by Roger or Dan to determine which will become our Private Selection. Only the best of the best are offered to our online customers. The beef is packaged and shipped from the ranch to your doorstep by FedEx. We don’t charge extra for shipping and send everything overnight.
This is our family business and we put our family name on our product. That is the strongest assurance we can think of, to put our name, our four generations of tradition and trust on every piece of beef we produce.

Monster Ribs - A 5 bone rib-plate. It’s a big piece of short-ribs, bones included. Located under the rib primal on the animal. A well marbled piece that is great for the smoker.
Brisket - Surely you know this cut.
Full Tri-tip - We like to reverse sear on the grill and slice it up for a Sunday dinner.
Wagyu Bacon - Uncured Forrest Bacon. All of these packages are different sizes. We’ll put at least 1.5 lbs in each box.
Kabobs (4 lbs) - Steak pieces taken from the sirloin. Perfect for so many recipes (stew, stir fry, stroganoff) or grilled and served with vegetables.
Ground Beef (4 lbs)- Our Ground Beef isn’t made from the trim and left overs, it comes from full muscle pieces.
THE BD14 MORGAN MIDDLE BOX - $275
Striploin Medallions - Four steaks cut from the striploin, they weigh in at 8 ounces. Two inch thick steaks, great for grilling.
Bone-in Ribeye - Just a little smaller than our regular Cowboy steak (which is 28-30 ounces), but with all the flavor and flair.
Flank Steak - Who doesn’t love a good flank steak? Easy to prepare and versatile
Kabobs - One pound of our steak cubes cut from the sirloin. Perfect in recipes or gilled and served as a traditional kabob.
Ground Beef - One pound brick of our ground beef. Our ground beef isn’t made from trim and left-overs, it comes from full muscle beef.
THE BD14 MORGAN NOT-SO-LITTLE BOX - $220
Tri-Tip Steaks - Four steaks, 7-8 ounces each. These steaks have crazy good marbling. They’ve been a fan favorite for years.
Filet Mignons - Two steaks, 6-7 ounces each. Decadence with each bite. Tender, flavorful.
Bone-in Striploin - 20-22 ounces. Rich, beefy flavor, beautiful presentation.
