And if you have an extra pair of Ranch gloves to throw in, I can assure you my teenage daughter will properly mis-match them with random other gloves in every other last minute clothing emergency she could have avoided by doing laundry or actually putting her clothes away in places other than the garage floor or pantry… rant over

My absolute favorite tongue was from our friend Christian Sturm-Willms, a Michelin Star chef from Germany. He loves to use it. This time he fixed a Sandhills Surf and Turf. Braised tongue with crayfish, corn and pine nut crunch.
But, since I’m no Michelin Star chef, I like to braise it and finish with either a Madeira Sauce or Mushroom reduction.
Trade you some gloves for pictures of that tongue!
Never tried these but just ordered the large box. Cannot wait to try one of these steaks.
