For me, this beef is as fatty as I’d like while still keeping the “beefy” flavor or I look for in a steak. I love Morgan ranch, my family loves Morgan ranch, and am slowly converting a few friends as well.

Order in for Large…bring on that Tongue. Growing up in Minnesota and both Grandparents farmers there was always a tongue in the freezer, but not something I went in for…but we didn’t eat anything Mexican back in those days. Tacos!! Also, a buddy of mine says he had it thinly sliced in sandwich and it had more “beef flavor” and was more tender than any roast beef sandwich he has ever had.
