“Difficult” month with the arrival of my allocation of G. Rinaldi wines and only a few bottles sold so + 1 for the month but May should be back on track. Still at - 107 YTD

Picked up 32 bottles of bubbles and 3 packs of DDLC, drank some existing bottles and 2 cellar defenders to see if I wanna buy out the inventory because my favorite winery is closing.
Slightly better than last months +18 total but I have to admit, the keeping track of a running total is making me think about purchases a little more.

Just 20 years more to go…
+8 for April. Not what I was hoping for, but not the end of the world. A non-scheduled Bedrock release and the need/opportunity to restock tawny port at a pre-tariff + sale price put me over.
+77 YTD Ugh.
May goals, DRINK A LOT OF WINE; buy NONE

May is gonna be a bit ugly. Just picked up a 4 bottle auction lot of older Ridge from K&L. Sunday pickup will be 2 cases from Sandar & Hem.

April: 16 out, 9 in - net 7 decrease. Another strong month, trying to keep the streak going. Will be tough in May, already up to a case between Sandar & Hem and Tablas Creek. Much needed wine economy stimulus, I guess.
Once again … done imbibing for the month of May …

A good month: In: +12. Out: -27. Net: -15.
Still +56 YTD thanks to BDXVI. Hope to have a negative YTD by year end, easily achievable if I keep the lid on purchasing.
another solid month.

The odds are stacked against you if you don’t actually drink some of your wine. ![]()
