Since Friday was meatless, my son said we should have steak on Sat., so I threw together a mixed grill of braised Lamb shank (finished on the grill), thick sliced smoked bacon, pork loin and and nicely marbled rib eye. A little roasted acorn squash, and we were good to go.
Nicely done…dead critters meeting the flame is always good.
