Hi everyone. Hoping I can get to see some 'philes while in DC—24th is already booked but I’d have time to meet on the Monday and Tuesday if possible. I do know and understand it’s difficult timing being Thanksgiving week, but hoping some people may be free. With much thanks!

Happy to try to coordinate something on the 25th or 26th though as you point out not sure who will be around the week of Thanksgiving. Depending on interest I’m happy to host in Georgetown or we can do at a restaurant nearby. @JeremyR @JoelD @Dan_Sch throwing it out there to start if you guys or other DCers will be around.

Thanks everyone for chiming in, at this point a very slight preference for 26th, but either is fine. I have my car with me and can travel to wherever is convenient.
Wouldn’t mind a Burgundy or Pinot-themed night, but very flexible on what people want to do. The key is to enjoy wine and company!

I can do the 26th. I’m a burgundy fan but fall on the white side more than the red. Always happy to have my horizons expanded.

I’m certainly in. Shall we confirm the date as the 26th? I’m certainly happy to host at my place in Fairfax City if you want a chill night in the burbs but if you want to stay in the District I’ll do some googling for places with good corkage options.
The messaging/notifications on this forum aren’t awesome, and I don’t know how to tag people, so I’m not sure how often people see this. If you know how to tag those that said they are interested please do so in a reply and we can get everyone synced up.
