Just wrapped up a transaction with Michael that was dead merky! No hesitation needed when dealing with him or Lori. They held up their end with cracking communication and prompt payment.
The lone hiccup was, naturally, with UPS. Once those buffoons got things straightened out on their end, the shipping went on the same day (albeit later than the original time window) it was scheduled to leave.
