Just read that David Kinch, the chef and owner of Manresa, will retire at the end of the year. Just want to leave a note for a very memorable dinner my wife and I had around 2012. It may have had only one or two Michelin stars at that time.
Anyway, we were on a red eye out of the San Jose airport. Decided to have dinner there before the flight. Food was great. And we learned to appreciate amuse-bouche. It seems we had 4 or 5 little amuses, all wonderful. It’s too bad we never went back.
