Eleven years ago my wife Colleen (Canadian) and I (American) quit our jobs working in finance and moved to Burgundy to stick our feet in some of the best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes we could find.

A wine that beautifully reflects its origins in Puligny-Montrachet. Ripe melon with overtones of zesty lime and citrus notes, honeyed hazelnut, and a touch of brioche on the nose. The same citrus notes come through on the palate layered with stone fruits and minerality. A balanced and vibrant wine with great energy and a crisp clean saline finish that is mouthwatering.

One of the most sought-after sites in Savigny-les-Beaune, La Dominode’s unique terroir produces wines with great depth and detail.
