Very pretty aroma, Im getting raspberries Asian tea and spice notes.
Tasting wise its very Vosne and all about the fruit with some spice thrown in. For a village wine it’s quite good but the aroma was a bit ahead of the palate. Felt a little one dimensional going down.
I had this with Black seabass, ramps and kale.
