With little or no real great expectations (given its age and also my one experience with a prior vintage of a Louis M. Martini “Los Niños” bottling) I opened this one bottle for drinking last evening. It was quite good!! Well over 30 years old. My understanding from reading about the wine prior to purchasing this and the older bottling is that they were made with the intentions of opening on or after the kid (for whom the vintage/bottling is made) turns 21. With that in mind, I think this bottling was a clear success. I doubt anyone here still has a bottle sitting around, but give it a try if you do.
