Tried King’s Fish House recently near Santana Row. Free corkage. Good seafood. Nice atmosphere on a weekday.
I am heading up for Premier Napa Valley the third week of February, the actual auction takes place on Feb. 22nd, I can do dinner that night in South Bay or Pennisula if that’s what you guys goes with. Keep me posted.
Similarly, if something ends up transpiring in the South Bay during February, I’d be up for it.
Great momentum here… I’ll be out of town 22-Feb unfortunately. I’d be OK with missing it if that were the only date everyone else can get together. Would like to throw out a few other dates though to see if they might work. What about 2-Feb, 4-Feb, 11-Feb or 27-Feb?

Hey everyone, I’m new on here, I’m in San Carlos and was looking for a tasting group and someone pointed me here! Which ever day you guys decide upon I will make every effort to join, I think my kids have school off the week of Feb 17 but nonetheless will try to make it!

What dates in February are you looking at for this dinner? Wed and Thur are usually good and some weekends.
Chris, given the responses so far, there are two dates that have broad support, 22-Feb (may need to go with 23-Feb if the venue can’t accommodate us on the busiest night of the week), and 27-Feb.
Glenn, I’m looking forward to meeting in person, but it sounds like it can’t happen this time given our simultaneous travel schedule. Let’s make it happen soon!
