I recently had customers visit who were using Scott at Magnum Tours http://www.magnumwinetours.com/ 707-753-0088. They seemed pleased. Magnum also offers a range of vehicles.
However, what I would do if it was just one or two couples…
Designated Drivers Napa http://www.designateddrivernapa-sonoma.com/ You hire an insured, professional driver to drive you in your own or rental car. I believe it is significantly less expensive than hiring a limo. It’s $50/hour with no minimum. Note, I’ve not used this service myself.
