I need some guidance on the best way to build in some beautiful, temperature controlled wine storage in my home. Yes, I’ve seen several “wine room” designers on-line, but the two I’ve spoken with describe shipping flat-packed components and self-assembly of $50k refrigerated cabinets. Cost isn’t so much the issue as just making sure everything works right. I’ve recently moved from California to southeast Georgia, and I’ve yet to find a contractor who feels comfortable with this kind of work.
Anyone have experience to share here?
Does it really have to be custom? There is some beautiful, expensive product from the usual wine cabinet players I see advertised.
Most regions of the country have contractors who do this.
Quick google search and I found vinworx and customwinecellarsatlanta and winecellarpro
Never heard of any of them before reading your post so can’t offer feedback. Do you own due diligence and you’ll find one who is right for you.
