We will be driving from NJ to Greenport Long Island in mid-July. Are there any wine stores on the North Fork that sell or specialize in the local wines? I plan to visit a few wineries, such as Rose Hill, Bedell, and Paumanok, but want to see if I can pick up a mixed case of local wine during our trip. Thanks.
Lived out East (Southold) intermittently, and the shop I like most is One Kourt Studio in Greenport. Great owners (past and present), and truly outstanding selection of wines, both local and other domestic and international selections.
Bogey’s in southold has a good selection but my fav is Vintage Mattituck. DM me for some recommendations .
Paumanok probably my favorite LI winery, my wife and I enjoyed our visits …regrettably have not been there in a while…Be interesting to see what they have done since the Palmer purchase…Visited Bedell a few times as well…Not really that familiar with the wine store situation on North Fork, having spent more time on South Fork, Hamptons and Montauk…
