Leaf roll, blotch, or just fall senescence?

A vineyard I work with in west Sonoma is about a month late (as many are in California this year) and I’m seeing the leaves start to finish out the year in a way I haven’t experienced in normal vintages. By this time of year, I’m always finished with this site by now.

Does anyone know of what I’m seeing is virused with leaf roll, leaf blotch, or is this just slightly irregular fall senescence? I’ve struggled to find any clear sources outlining the differences and would appreciate any insights!

There is a test you can do for red blotch, your farm advisor should be able to help. To my eye its either leaf roll or red blotch and neither is great news. We did testing for red blotch and just about everything had it, even vines not showing red leaves.
