I was gifted a 3qt. Saucier pan and I used it the first time in making a veggie medley casserole.
How and what do you cook in this pan?
Lately using mine to caramelized small amounts of onions.
I have a 2.25 Le Creuset Saucier. I use it for most of my red pasta sauces (not Sunday Gravy), pizza sauce and sometimes risotto. Not the bigget but I love it. Yours have the hole in the lid?

Nice pot. I am contemplating getting the 3 myself. Small braises, rice dishes (risottos), quinoa, couscous and the like have met thier equal.
