This time wanting to stay the night before the flight, park two weeks, then return for another night before heading out. Certainly there must be places that offer these services.

There are a number of places which provide lodging, long term parking, and shuttle service.
We have used the LAX Marriott when all 3 are needed.
The LAX Hilton a block down does it too.
We have used LAX Marriott and also have had a good experience with www.parksleepfly.com the two times we have used it (once for LAX, once for SNA).
