Very limited, indeed.
If anything is called “limited” or “professional” I won’t buy it. Everything is limited. Even the original VW Beetle was limited — at 21 million.

Man love me some Marietta. Saw those pop up and now thinking that may be the end of the marathon for me.
Funny, there were 2-3 wines I was interested in during OT and they expired before I could purchase.
I had this happen also muitiple times …must have only had a bottle or two if it sold in a under a minute
A minute is being generous on some, I had a 3 second page refresh going at one point and wiffed on a couple. Happy overall, snagged several Rose and Arrow bottles, a few more Elivette vintages, and that Penfolds 389 I missed yesterday at noon. Some reasonable sparklers too. Overall no complaints. Now the waiting begins, shipment that is.
Are they doing a Saturday marathon or is it basically over?
I’m pretty sure they are just a placeholder (not for sale) until they can load the next offer.
They’ve done some marathon overtime events into the next day in the past, so we could see something similar
The millenniums have entered the group.
I received all my Ellivette from fall marathon yesterday. You can guess the temps in Illinois in mid December. Bottles were super cold to the touch, but nothing shattered, so will probably be fine. still, weird.
For me, this is a huge deterrent for buying from LastBottle. I risked it due to the Elivette bottles but they need something special to entice me to buy, when they ship whenever the heck they feel like it, even when I tell them well in advance I’m out of town.
That would’ve got me - love Bolly and fun to age the mags a bit.
2004 Elivette back up. We had a bottle the other night and it was outstanding. So I had to get a few more.
Just bought 2 more. Thought about getting more but i have some of the 375s as well.
Elivette day again?!?!?
Send help!
Just an endless supply of these Elivette. Did SMV lose track of them or just not care that they were sitting on what seems like a mountain of library wine?
I think when they were $320 from the SMV library, they were going to sit a long time
Picked up a couple for a better idea of how they age
Can only hand sell so many to intoxicated tourists.
Marathon wasn’t super exciting but there were a few things I dabbled on. There was Jolie-Laide North coast Syrah (2021) for like 17$, the mystery Beringer private reserve for 69$, some gallica single vineyard cab, and some other I grabbed. No elivette for me this time.
