Some Vineyard Brands and Wasserman, can’t really go wrong there.

The Grand Tasting is a great event - really unmatched in access to a fairly wide array of Burgundy wines to explore the vintage. The other events can be quite good too depending on your budget and what kinds of events you like. This list is a bit thin compared to other years but I expect them to announce a few more producers before tickets go on sale.

Looks like a solid list of producers that should be offering a solid mix of GCs, PCs, and village wines. The negociants are quality houses that own some good plots. I’d attend with enthusiasm if I still lived in LA.

Where’d the name Paulee come from?

From what i was told it’s patois for “la pelletée” meaning shoveling and it refers to the end of harvest (last shovel of grapes to go into the press).

Internet seems to offer other meanings as well though.
