Had two small boxes of wine delivered to the office today from Fine Wines International and they were COD—delivery man wouldn’t give them to me till I gave a check for $200. Didn’t want them returned with the heat we have even though not that costly, so I paid and sent a quick email inquiring and complaining.

The near immediate response was to apologize and credit me $225 for the trouble. Wow. Justin just earned a customer for life.

I have had good luck with Fine Wines International. I would recommend them to my friends.

I have purchased from Fine Wines International by email multiple times in the last few years with 0 problems. My last purchase was in March 2024.

This is an independent review. Beyond email, I have never met Justin or Tom face to face, and to the best of my knowledge have no relationships with anyone associated with the store.
