Yep, this is definitely the one. Matches the price exactly–RRP was $145 per Vinous.

While I’m here, for the historians in the thread, I can say with 100% certainty that the 2021 Anonymous Wine Collective Central Coast Pinot Noir from the OP/original release a year ago was the 2021 Eden Rift Estate Pinot Noir.

it’s a “special order” so If I were interested (I’m not), I’d just head over to the shop when it’s ready and see what it is before deciding to keep it. Don’t like what it turns out to be? Just return it on the spot for a refund. For those without access to a local K&L storefront, the name of this wine will likely appear online (via WB or cellar tracker) long before their inventory is sold out. Do people reall yfall for this stuff? Dumb gimmick. Just fix your goddamn website so I can go back to buying like I used to! Sorry, I’m mad at K&L.

Why be mad at K&L? They’re just doing what they can to sell wine for more realistic prices to their customers. It’s the winery’s fault they’re too prideful to realize their grape juice isn’t worth anywhere close to what they are asking for.
