I sent an e-mail for Offer #2.
Small businesses were exempt from the event today.
Did you folks hear back from the winery? I got an acknowledgment with no way of completing the order. Maybe they’re swamped?

Hi guys,
A little background for everyone. John, Karen’s husband, reached out and said he wanted to participate in BD for Karen because it meant so much to her.
Problem was she did everything, the offer, the website, the interaction. She also created the shopping cart.
I said let’s keep it simple, I’ll create the offer and berserkers can just email you.

Bummer you can’t ship to OR, which is strange because most CA wines can be shipped here. Hope that changes! Cheers.

Just checking in as I never heard from anyone as to how to complete my order.
I sent a gentle follow-up email to John. He got back to me in short order and was very helpful.

I have found it very difficult to connect with them to get set up in the system. It isn’t giving me a ton of confidence about shipping etc., like heavy “I feel like I’m gonna be chasing this order down to get shipped” vibes.
They will take care of you. John handles this on his own as Karen did most of the work till she passed last year.

No doubt - I’m sure John is just swamped.
Give John a call. Maybe something slipped through the cracks. But don’t worry.
Just spoke to him - a good reminder that patience is still a virtue.

Ya I ordered from them this summer, never received my package, but of course Karen passed during this time. In about December I sent an email asking about it, and got a UPS notification a couple days later.
