8:30 pm on a Sunday night in January!! But all you can wish for is meaningful football in January, and this is it.
We will be tailgating as usual. I am not sure exactly what we will have. I am considering using our 7 gallon turkey fryer pot to make hot chocolate and give it away to people so their throats are ready to yell all night. The last time we had a night game, we made a huge pot of chili. Or maybe we’ll make hot soup. Our traditional cold weather dish is steamed lobster, but it’s a bit too messy to eat for a night game. How about a good wine-based beef stew?
