I heard that a few people started picking for sparkling wine a week, and stopped by Goodfellow on Friday to find them pressing Chardonnay for sparkling. When I walked by this morning, they were just finishing up a press-load of Pinot Gris, and getting delivery of a load of Pinot Noir from Whistling Ridge.
I’ll try to keep taking pictures of what I see around the Valley in the coming weeks.
