There was a local pizza place near the client just outside of Minneapolis we would frequent. They had a cheeseburger pizza with dill pickles. Honestly all I think they did was start with a red sauce, sprinkle on hamburger meat, sprinkle on diced dill pickles, and top with some cheese that included some cheddar. Went well with beer.
