I’m in a group of people doing Secret Santa wine gifts and one of our guys got screwed by UPS and didnt get his wine. Want him to be able to be a part of this and want to get him something even though he’s not my person. He lives in NYC so I figured rather than risk a shipping FUBAR I would have it available for local delivery or store pick-up. Between Soho and the Lower East Side approx. A place with an online presence so I can browse their inventory?

Chambers has free delivery below Canal, $15 charge for above canal (unless order is >$150), and is one of the 2-3 best in NYC.
Wine Therapy in Nolita seems to deliver to soho and some of the lower east side for free.
September Wines in the LES is another nice small shop but the website is useless.
In addition to CSW, one of my favorites is Frankly Wines:
Same delivery terms as CSW, with free delivery below Canal St. They’re a tiny shop around the corner from CSW. Sort of like a mouse running between the feet of an elephant.
Flatiron wines is also really good, but they only have free delivery in the Union Square / Flatiron area and it’s probably more of a schlep from where you are.

Astor Wine is a possibility. $75 min for free delivery in NYC. Not sure what charges apply otherwise.
I’ll second both Chambers Street Wines and Astor Wines. As stated by others, they have minimum sales for free delivery.
Both are relatively close to my recipient so I could actually opt for an in store pick-up which would be even better. Found what I was looking for at Astor. Thanks to all who responded
