Looking at times to book a trip to France in early December but would rather not go if I am not going to be able to visit vineyards and do some tastings. Any recs for the best times to go would be much appreciated.
I have only been there in January (when talking about the winter season) and there certainly was no problem arranging visits to some very nice addresses in the Northern Rhône so I don’t see why the same wouldn’t be possible in December.
