My architect sent me this when I asked what he’d put into my renovation drawings re: insulating the proposed wine cellar (when he first proposed a new wine cellar along with the other renovations, I protested and pointed out that I already have a temperature-controlled, professionally installed wine cellar - and he said, “Have you seen that cellar? It’s overflowing! You need a new one!” - I explained that no, I need to quit buying wine. Anyway, strongly considering a new cellar).
