I think I’m blocked from seeing a thread. Assuming I am and I inadvertently did it myself, how do I undo it?

I think I clicked on “Unsubscribe from these emails”, but that’s all I wanted. I didn’t want the thread muted-I just don’t want to keep getting emails every time someone posts .
