Kent Rosenblum tested some “Brandlin” Zinfandel cuttings, along with a few vineyard samples from Contra Costa County.
I know of no other “Brandlin Vineyard” Mourvèdre wines after Edmunds St John’s bottlings apart from two vintages from Peter Franus. ![]()

Scaggs Winery’s “Montage” Mount Veeder AVA Mourvèdre/Grenache/Syrah is being discontinued after the 2013 vintage, and that planting is not an old-growth vineyard.
