I wanted to know what flavor elements he added to make the product seem more like Champagne. I guess the authorities want to keep that secret – just as (so far as I know) the government never released the details of the formulas and ingredients they found in Rudy K’s lab.
I had once seen a list of the bottles Rudy was using for his blend recipes- It was most likely on EBob. It had the goal wine and the vineyards and vintages that went into it.
Oh, I missed that. I remember some photos taken during the search of his house showing some California wines with Post-It notes on them indicating what they might be used for, but I never saw the recipe book.
