How do I import a tasting note from CT? Seems like there is a button that imports to a post with region and a link to CT, etc. How do I do this?

Click on the publish link after hitting my tasting notes. Select one.

When you get to the window that has the text to publish you can just select and copy all the formatted text and paste directly here.
You can also just post the URL and the forum software will display the first few paragraphs.
