Rayas. It has been a bucket-list wine for me for a while now. I’ll be spending my final semester of grad school in France this fall, and I’m hoping to find a well-priced bottle on a wine list.

For me it would be a 1973 BV Georges de Latour and/or a 1973 Heitz Martha’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. 1973 is my birth year and both are on my bucket list.
