If Oregon had Grand Crus...

We’ve done many Oregon vs burgundy comparisons on this board and in reading the notes there hasn’t been even one wine where people thought the wine was from Oregon because it was riper. In the head to head Goodfellow comparison the only wine that was notably riper was from Burgundy (2019 Hudelot-Noellat Bourgogne.

I find Oregon Pinot to be very different from Burgundy but wonderful in its own way. Of note I now buy much more Oregon Chardonnay than white burgundy.
