I mean…estate vineyards! Dry farming (according to the back of this bottle I’m drinking, anyway)! Low to reasonable prices! But I just don’t. Too ripe for me, I think? Not overwhelmed by cherry cola but too much of it for me. Are the higher level SVDs better?
I’ve liked their Pinot Gris in the past, but I have not seen it locally in a while.

Been a while, but was never impressed.
The Riesling is old vine and delicious.

Thanks for the recommendations, I’m pretty sure I can get the Pinot Gris and I’ll keep an eye out for the Riesling.
It’s probably a good lesson that raw materials and style are two different things–and there’s nothing wrong with not liking what a winemaker does with the grapes. (Just, you know, be aware that others might disagree with you sometimes
) You can give the same fruit to three different wineries and end up with three fairly different tasting wines.
But also their Riesling is pretty tasty.
