BTW, to John’s original question, I believe when you see someone post a thread asking how many Pinotage producers one has in their cellar, that will be a good indicator that the fad will have run it’s course.
To be honest, while my thread title isn’t differentiated, my intent was a little different - being merely to prove to myself the widespread underappreciated nature of the Sangiovese grape. Although with Jay Hack having responded with 20, I may have to revisit that theses .
