The only “100 point wine” Ive had was 02 SHS and Id score it 91 or 92 pts.

I’ve had quite a few but it was my ‘Holy’ Grail’ wine that was certainly up to it, and worthy of to the 100pts. It was the 1961 Hermitage La Chapelle. The 1990 is made in the same mould. An incredible experience & Nectar of the Gods.

Oh yes, I had a 1994 Zind Humbrecht something or other that was off the charts good too. Don’t know if it was a100 pointer though.

The 2002 was one of those mind blowing experiences for me

WS (Bruce Sanderson) scored the 2002 99 points.

WA (Pierre Rovani) scored the 1994 99 points.

We lose, I guess…

You’re right, only 99. It was about 4 years ago. I had it side by side with an 88 yquem. A wine biz friend, Simon pulled it out when I was going on about how much I love the yquem. I have to admit, I was blown away by the ZH.

I assume you mean 100 points by someone other than me? In that case the answer is none. Most recent examples being a few CdPs.

You should try a 1989 Haut Brion with Leve. Better than the 1961 Melchior we drank together last summer.

I don’t know if they were “perfect” wines, but they couldn’t get much better.
